Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Analyst / Manager

Location: London (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Overview:

A dynamic and growing challenger bank is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Analyst or Manager to support its Finance Director’s team. You will work alongside the newly appointed Interim Head of Regulatory Reporting in a pivotal role shaping the bank’s regulatory reporting function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely regulatory returns, with a focus on Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), capital adequacy, and stress testing requirements.
• Implement and strengthen governance frameworks and internal controls across the regulatory reporting function.
• Support the transformation of manual, Excel-based reporting processes into scalable and automated solutions.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure clean, auditable data sources and reporting accuracy.
• Help prepare the organisation for future regulatory reviews and internal audit readiness.
• Contribute to building a long-term, robust regulatory reporting roadmap in a retail lending environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Significant experience in regulatory reporting within a banking environment, ideally with a focus on retail lending or property finance.
• Strong knowledge of LCR, liquidity, and capital reporting.
• Practical experience in data transformation and process improvement—particularly migrating reporting from Excel-based tools to more structured systems.
• Personable and communicative, with a collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, relatively flat organisational structure.
• Experience within a digitally focused or fast-growth financial institution is highly desirable.
