About the Department
The Finance department is responsible for all Regulatory and Statutory reporting to external parties as well as providing financial planning and business analysis to internal stakeholders. The Financial Reporting team sits within the Finance team and is responsible for all Board and regulatory reporting, as well as providing technical accounting guidance to the business. The Finance department is a core support function within the bank and in addition to the regular duties team members will be expected to support adhoc requests from internal stakeholders.

About the Role
We’re looking for a
Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead our regulatory reporting function. You’ll manage a team of two and take ownership of key submissions to the PRA, FCA, and Bank of England. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the preparation and submission of COREP, FINREP, MLAR, PRA110, CCR, and other regulatory reports.
- Manage and mentor two Regulatory Reporting Accountants.
- Drive automation and process improvements using Almis and our data warehouse.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure compliance across the business.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders including the CFO, Director of Treasury, and internal auditors.
- Support the implementation of Basel 3.1 and contribute to strategic projects.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with strong regulatory reporting experience.
- Deep understanding of IFRS and banking regulations.
- Experience in financial services—either in practice or industry.
- Familiarity with Almis, Phoebus, and Tableau is a plus.
- A proactive, detail-oriented leader with excellent analytical and communication skills.
