Regulatory Reporting Manager

I’m working with a highly successful Investment bank looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their team, with a particular focus on the capital side of Regulatory Finance.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of key regulatory capital reports, including COREP, Large Exposures, and Leverage Ratio submissions. Working closely with teams across Finance, Risk, Front Office, and IT, you will help ensure that capital reporting is robust, relevant, and aligned with business and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and review regulatory returns in line with PRA and internal standards, supported by strong control and validation processes.
• Deliver high-quality management information and analysis for governance committees, senior stakeholders, and year-end disclosures (including ICAAP and Pillar 3).
• Lead and support improvements to capital reporting controls, processes, and systems, including automation and reduction of manual interventions.
• Challenge and enhance the data and methodologies underlying capital, large exposures, and leverage reporting.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support regulatory developments and new business initiatives.
• Contribute to regulator-driven and firm-wide change programmes, ensuring compliance and operational readiness.
• Support, mentor, and help manage junior team members, , fostering a high-performance culture.
