Stoke on Trent City Council in-house Legal Team provides a full range of legal services to the Authority.
The current vacancy is within the Regulatory Team and is for a Litigation and Regulatory Solicitor covering a broad range of activities including:

We are looking for a positive and highly motivated person who is confident, versatile and innovative.
Advocacy is part of this role and as such we are looking for a strong communicator who also possesses excellent analytical and drafting skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who ideally has a good understanding of regulatory law although we would be willing to train the right applicant.
What we offer:
The post offers an attractive holiday entitlement of 28 days per year plus Bank Holidays which rises to 33 Days per year plus Bank Holidays after 5 years of service.
