Responsibilities
Job purpose:
- Due to ongoing growth we’re on the hunt for a motivated, hungry and passionate senior relationship manager to join our team. As a key part of our customer experience team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our high-net-worth clients working in collaboration with our Client facing, Dealing, Marketing, Research and Global payment team.
- Acting as a key touchpoint for the StoneX, you will liaise directly with our clients to introduce, promote and assist them with obtaining the Trading solutions they need. You will manage these sophisticated relationships, through regular contact and follow-up, KYC checks and strong market awareness.
General Duties:
- Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers by understanding their situation, financial aspirations and needs;
- Act as the first touchpoint for segmented clients of the StoneX, providing them with the best experience possible;
- Support our ongoing client lifecycle management program through regular upkeep of client information, purpose led interactions and timely responses to their queries;
- Provide accurate and complete customer information to ensure efficient management of client interactions;
- Proactively contact customers on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and continually assess portfolio growth opportunities;
- Support client acquisition and referrals by assisting enquiries or leads from business partners;
- Telephone discussions relating to their ongoing progress.
- Assist with side projects to support the team and other departments
- Desire to learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, available programs/services
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 1+ years relationship management experience within the financial services sector
- Place Spot FX, CFD’s and Commodity trades, provide quotes and facilitate discussions regarding equity markets, fixed income markets, international markets, and economic conditions
- Experience within a sales environment working diversified solutions;
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Proven track record working towards weekly or monthly targets and KPIs;
- The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining reliability and punctuality;
- A hunter mentality, always looking at ways to grow and support our client aspirations;
- The desire to be part of a scale-up culture with a commitment to excellence and growth; and

Sales process, planning, execution:
- Actively leverages sales process to increase conversion rate, decrease sales cycle, and inprove deal win rate
- Maintains an accurate pipeline and funnel with high integrity
- Maintains a set of personal goals and metrics, tracking progress against those
- Maintains a calendar blocking, scheduling time to maximize productivity and effectiveness
Qualification and Skills:
- Bilingual Mandarin
- Basic leadership skills
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to determine minimum maintenance requirements for all currency pairs, CFD’s, metals and commodities
- The ability to calculate the liquidation values of the products we offer
