Job Title: Relationship Manager – Outsourced Operations

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: London

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

Closing date: 4th February 2026

We currently have an opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join the RLAM Outsourced Operations team on a permanent basis in London.

Reporting into the Head of Outsourced Operations, the primary focus of the role is ensuring effective monitoring, control and provision of outsourced relationships, such as Custody, Trustee and Investment Administration.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team and manage outsourced relationships with our key providers.

About the role

Ensure regular reviews take place with all service providers (involving the appropriate staff from RLAM) and that actions are documented and followed up.
Ensure all service providers are reporting service levels and issues in line with RLAM’s requirements for delivery and quality.

Develop and implement a process for feeding service providers’ KPIs into the monthly Operations KPI report.

Ensure monthly invoices are correct and as per budgets.

Attend industry seminars, events etc to keep up to date with latest developments in the outsourcing arena and propose enhancements where appropriate.

Create and maintain documented standards and procedures for managing outsourced relationships.

Develop, maintain and review the reporting of Risks.

About you

Previous experience within an asset management company or similar industry.
Understanding of trade life cycle and investment management processes.
Relevant relationship management experience, preferably gained from an asset management environment overseeing Outsourced Operations.
Experience interacting with multiple departments and individuals
Understanding of investment instruments including equities, fixed Interest, money market, derivatives (futures, options, swaps, CFD, CDS, etc).
Strong numerical and communication skills (oral and written)
Collaborative team player.

Self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.

Well-organised with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Professional and adaptable under pressure.

Interest in using Power Automate/AI for process improvements.
