Reliability Engineer

What will you be doing?

• Producing reliability case reports, FMECA, reliability predictions and supporting documentation
• Planning and conducting progressive reliability assurance activities
• Collaborating closely with systems engineering to ensure reliability aligns across the lifecycle
• Applying modern reliability prediction techniques (experience with FIDES is an advantage)
• Working with internal and external stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams
• Contributing to research packages and supporting the development of junior engineers

What are we ideally looking for?

• Strong understanding of complex electronic systems and associated reliability challenges
• Ability to deliver structured reliability cases and analyses (FMECA, predictions, modelling)
• Appreciation that reliability is more than metrics, understanding behavior, context, and testing
• Solid grasp of the relationship between reliability and systems engineering
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent analytical skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
• Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience)

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £60,000 depending on experience
• Company Bonus: up to £2,500
