Wescot Credit Services are on the lookout for Welsh-Speaking Customer Consultants to join one of our outsource campaigns starting 1st September 2025.
We are looking for team players who match our enthusiasm, work ethic and our outlook to 5-star customer service to be the first point of contact in supporting Welsh-Speaking customers in their preferred language.
As a Customer Consultant at Wescot you will:
You’ll begin the role with a 3-week training programme. You’ll learn about our business, our clients, our systems and how to best support our customers. This will be based remotely, Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm.
Once you’re ready to go, you’ll move into our weekly shift patterns, with the option to work either part time minimum of 20 hours per week or full time either 37.5 or 40 hours per week. Our opening hours are between Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 6.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am – 1pm with a day off during the week prior to your Saturday shift.
