As a Rental Assistant, you’ll support the smooth daily operation of our Rent-A-Car department. You’ll help drive growth and profitability by assisting with retail and local corporate customer rentals, while delivering outstanding customer service.
You’ll Work Closely With The Rental Manager To
- Promote the Rent-A-Car brand and Vertu Volkswagen locally
- Support local sales and marketing initiatives
- Assist with budget tracking and P&L responsibilities
- Process payments and ID checks accurately (including pre-authorisations, card details, and credit checks)
- Help manage staff rotas and contribute to recruitment and training efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a car rental environment (desired)
- Strong customer service and admin skills
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude
