We’re on the lookout for a talented individual to lead our Rent-A-Car department at Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South.

Your Mission
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rent-A-Car department, driving growth and profitability through retail and local corporate sales. Customer service excellence will be at the heart of everything you do.
What You’ll Be Doing
The successful candidate will have experience working in a Car Rental environment, this is essential for you to be considered. Strong customer service and administrative skills will also be beneficial.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the Rent-A-Car team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
- Growing the department through local sales and marketing initiatives.
- Representing both the Rent-A-Car brand and Vertu Volkswagen in the Nottingham area.
- Supporting national corporate and retail business from VWFS UK.
- Managing the department’s budget and full P&L responsibility.
