The role:
Supporting our product and service owners through qualitative and quantitative research to inform prioritisation and direction of transformation by providing critical insights into success through performance analytics and reporting.
These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, to help the business make informed, commercial and experience driven decisions.

Someone with excellent communication and written and verbal English skills, expert analytical approach to research and data trends, a story teller wo can influence without authority and a full understanding that is about the "CX" - Customer Experience
What you'll be doing:
- Lead digital research and insights projects independently
- Deliver digital research, insights and analytics projects across our Partner, Client and Corporate journeys, coordinating with change teams and collaborators
- Support new transformation efforts by quickly developing relevant insights, participating in developing proposals and pitching to service owners, proactively contributing to driving success aligned to strategic objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business teams
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrable experience in using qualitative and quantitative research
- Proven ability of analytics and synthesis research
- Presentation Skills - Expert PowerPoint creator and presenter to sell concepts simply to a variety of decision makers
- Display a community focus/ CX approach to research, insights, trends and ideas
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in using Qualtrics & Qualtrics XM will hold a distinct advantage
- Google Analytics
- Experience of working in Finance or regulated industry
