PURPOSE: To accurately interpret supplier contracts, agency agreements & additional data, loading them into the company reservation system following standardisation guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Accurately load and amend supplier contracts into the reservation systems in line with specific deadlines.
- Understand and read supplier contracts and manipulate data from these.
- Ensure system administration procedures and policies are maintained fully.
- Load all services in accordance with the agreed standardisation guidelines.
- Manage all product updates from the Product Managers and support requests from the Sales and Operations team via A&Ks Service Desk ticketing system.
- Checking - Check loading input by other team members onto the database, against the original supplier contracts and highlight any errors found.
- Identify missing or incomplete contracts or information and advise the ServiceDesk and Reservation Systems Manager.
- To liaise with A&Ks Destination Management Companies (DMC’s) on product requirements and import these services through A&K’s pipeline database.
- Notify the ServiceDesk and Reservations Systems Manager where missing or incomplete information is likely to impact given deadlines.
- To test, log and report all system errors to the Service Desk and Reservations Systems Manager.
- Provide regular updates of loading progress, problems, missing information.

About You
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail, ideally gained in an administrative or data entry/data loading role.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, with strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Skilled in data entry and confident in manipulating and managing data.
- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to prioritise and complete detailed tasks efficiently.
- Able to work independently while maintaining focus, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capable of managing your own workload effectively.
