Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Reservations Agent located in the London Area, United Kingdom. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include answering phone calls, managing bookings, and performing customer support.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in managing Reservations and providing Customer Service
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Enjoys a versatile and fast paced role.
• Shift work with some weekend
