Job Overview
We are looking for somebody who is a current resident of St. Anne’s or has direct experience from currently or previously living in social housing. We want to raise the profile of the resident voice at board level and are looking for somebody to become our next
Resident Representative to do this.
Main duties of the job
As our Resident Representative you will help make sure our resident’s voices are heard and make an impact and influence our decision making. You’ll do this by attending our Trustee meetings (four times a year) and away days (two times a year) and taking part in discussions. We need people from all different backgrounds to bring their experience to our board discussions. People with lived experience in social housing will help us make the right decisions for the people we support. Someone who can bring their lived experience to help us achieve our objectives and realise our ambitions. We’re looking for someone to join us who has a passion for making a difference and can align with our vision, purpose and values.
