Cobalt is partnering with a build to rent operator to recruit a Resident Services Leasing Associate, combining front of house service delivery with hands on lettings activity.

This Resident Services Leasing Associate role plays a key part in ensuring homes are let efficiently while residents continue to receive a high standard of service. You’ll conduct viewings, support prospective residents through the lettings journey, and manage inbound leads using Salesforce.

Alongside this, you’ll work closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure apartments are ready for letting and leasing processes, including Right to Rent checks and references, are completed accurately.

As a visible on site presence, the Resident Services Leasing Associate will also manage resident enquiries, amenity bookings, and day-to-day front-of-house activity. You’ll handle complaints professionally, prepare shift handovers, and manage keys, parcels, and visitor logs, contributing to a smooth and well-run building.

This opportunity suits someone with working knowledge of leasing within residential, hospitality, or customer serrvice who is confident working towards targets and enjoys balancing service delivery with commercial outcomes.
