We’re working on a confidential mandate to appoint an experienced Asset Manager to help shape the strategic and operational management of a high-profile residential and commercial property in Central London.
You’ll be seconded to the client team (a leading institutional investor) to work alongside their asset management function and drive resolution of several complex service charge and utility matters. You will bring clarity, accountability, and progress to legacy issues – with the support of the client and external professional advisors.
