An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (2+ PQE) to join a growing law firm in Hampshire. As a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer, you will:
Manage a full caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, shared ownership, remortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy / Right to Buy schemes.
Handle matters from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision.
Deliver an efficient, client-focused service, liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
Contribute to departmental development, client engagement, and team growth.
Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' residential property experience.
Strong technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Confident using modern legal technology and case management systems.
Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team.
