A well-regarded law firm in the Thames Valley is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer (5+ years' PQE) to join its growing Residential Conveyancing team based in Wokingham.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. This will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, transfers of equity, new build, and shared ownership matters.

They will also be expected to support junior colleagues and take an active role in business development and networking initiatives to raise the department's profile.

The Candidate
