As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will:
Manage a varied caseload including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold homes.
Handle remortgages, transfers of equity, and title changes.
Work on new build purchases and Help to Buy transactions.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth and efficient completions.
Contribute to a collaborative, friendly team environment while building strong local relationships.
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with NQ-3 years' PQE in residential property.
Strong client care and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations.
A proactive, commercially aware, and detail-oriented approach.
Confidence to manage a caseload independently with appropriate support.
A positive team player, flexible and adaptable.
