A highly respected ranked firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its busy Real Estate team in Haywards Heath.
You will handle a wide range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases across varying levels of value and complexity. Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions
Support senior colleagues on more complex matters where required
Maintain high levels of client care and build strong client relationships
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQS accreditation and risk policies
Contribute to business development through networking, seminars, and thought leadership pieces
Meet and exceed personal financial targets (fees, billing, time recording, debt recovery, etc.)
Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in residential property
Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of property law and CQS requirements
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong IT skills, including case management systems and Microsoft Office
