Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Support Worker located in Derby. The Residential Support Worker will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to our children in a family-sized home setting. Tasks include supervising and assisting with daily activities, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents, and fostering a positive and nurturing environment. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, collaborating with team members, and adhering to safeguarding protocols.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Knowledge and application of Safeguarding protocols
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in child care or support work - Not essential as full training will be provided.
• Positive outlook and emotional resilience
