Role Description
This is a contract role for a Resort Manager located in the London offuce with deployment in Powder Byrne resorts across the Swiss, Austrian Alps and Italian Dolomites, with the possibility of some work from home. The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day resort planning, operations and logistics, assisting pre-travel client concierge, ensuring five star customer experience throughout, managing partner relations, leading Powder Byrne programmes and services and resort team members (assistant resort managers, programme managers, drivers, ski hosts, mountain hosts, guides and children club assistants).
