This is an exciting opportunity to support Credera's growth with clients by providing dedicated support for managing internal resourcing activities.
Reporting into the Resource Manager the Resourcing Advisor will support Credera's Digital & Consulting resourcing processes by providing proactive support to our Digital business as part of the Digital and Consulting Resourcing team. Working alongside the Resource Manager you will bring proactive people engagement and take responsibility for our resource management platform (Kantata) updates ensuring high levels of accuracy in both resource and sales forecasting data.
Requirements
- Working with the Resource Manager to identify key roles/capability enhancements in our resource management platform- Kantata, to improve capability reporting and automated resource matching.
- Working with Digital Platform Leads, L&D Advisor and Resource Manager to agree training plans and timings ensuring forecasts are accurate and minimise revenue impact.
- Support the Resourcing process across the firm, ensuring transparency on resource availability, demand requirements and potential staffing matches.
- Supporting the Bench Management processes for Internal Task Management – qualifying internal tasks, making priority calls and ensuring 1/1’s with New and Continuing Bench Resource
- Utilises Kantata to prioritise resource allocation across Digital roles, including Salesforce and Marketing technology, with support from Digital practice leads.
Responsibilities
- Providing weekly Bench Availability to the Bench Management team and attending daily bench check ins and coffee catch ups with resources.
- Ensuring feedback has been requested from former assignments and capabilities and roles have been updated in Kantata.
- Review quarterly out of date and missing capability/role data and agree follow up and chasing mechanisms with Resource Manager.
- Maintain notes in Kantata for assignment demand and ensure status/owner continues to be updated to reflect current position.
- Regular feedback into Talent team for handing over Generic Resource requirements ensuring a smooth transition of ownership and accountability for requestors.
- Create, review and propose resources against Open & Unstaffed roles (Kantata) enabling clear sight of gaps and skills shortages. Agreeing with Digital Platform Leads, Resource Manager and Account teams the best sourcing method
- Working with Leaders to look at current assignments, rotation needs and aspirational requirements.
- Working with Digital Practice Leads to identify cross training and upskilling opportunities for resources based on Demand and Career Aspirations
- Attendance at Weekly Digital Platform Meetings to review unstaffed demand.
- Develop relationships with newly appointed Digital Platform Leads, embedded as part of the Digital community ensuring scheduling remains transparent, flexible and adaptable.
- Providing demand insight and capacity to Resource Director to support ResCom process helping to build a recruitment pipeline for future sales and demand.
- Cover for Resource Manager as required.
