Resource Manager - The role:
- Join the Resource Management team supporting the London Banking Corporate & Structured Lending (CSL) and Leveraged Finance (LevFin) practices.
- Lead the allocation, utilisation, and development of legal talent to align client needs with team strengths and availability.
- Act as a key liaison between client demands and internal capabilities, supporting both business performance and lawyer development.
- Build strong relationships with partners and lawyers to monitor capacity, anticipate pipeline needs, and manage resourcing challenges.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and growth.
- Support associate development through regular check-ins, feedback, and career planning.
- Play a key role in promoting well-being, diversity, and inclusion across the practice.
- Collaborate with global banking partners and business teams to meet resourcing and secondment needs.
- Contribute to a high-performing, supportive, and inclusive team culture.
Resource Manager - What we're looking for:

- Experience in resource or people management-legal sector experience is ideal, but not essential.
