Location: Hybrid working � with flexibility to work remotely and from office locations in Carlisle, Workington, or Whitehaven

Salary: �37,035 to �37,938 per annum (pro rata)

Hours: 28 per week

Contract: Temporary for 11 Months

    We�re looking for a Resourcing and Retention Partner to join our team supporting the Children & Family Wellbeing and Assistant Chief Executive Directorates.

    In this role, you�ll work closely with service areas to deliver strategic and innovative resourcing solutions, tackle retention challenges, and build strong talent pipelines. From headhunting and campaign management to developing our employer brand and supporting succession planning, your work will help shape the future of our workforce.

    The role is to provide maternity cover for the permanent postholder and will end upon their return, expected around July 2026.

    Who We�re Looking For

    You�ll have a recognised qualification or equivalent experience, with strong expertise in recruitment, retention, and compliance. You'll bring practical experience in candidate attraction, recruitment marketing, and using data to inform decisions. A customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and safer recruitment practices are essential.
