Resourcing Consultant

Steady growth, repeat custom and continued success means we need to add a Resourcing Consultant to our Professional & Technical team in London, to support our mission critical operations across Europe.

This gives you the freedom to work in a truly consultative way and to focus on building real relationships with your clients and candidates. We want our consultants to have their own USP.

What will be expected on a daily basis?

• Networking through various streams available (Site Visits, Client Entertainment, Social Media, and Organised Networking Events).
• Generation of candidates through daily telephone and email activity.
• Reach achievable and time scaled targets set by Senior Management. (We also expect and encourage the consultant to have their own targets).
• Advertise clear and specific real live vacancies in order to attract the top quality candidates.
• Management and development of current database.

What do you need to apply?

• Previous experience in recruitment desirable but not necessary
• Ambition to fast track your career and learn new skills.
• 3rd level Education. (Degree or Similar).

Salary £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
