We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Partner to join our People Resourcing team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Based at The London Clinic's Head Office in Marylebone, this role offers hybrid working (2-3 days in the office per week) and a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:
As Resourcing Partner, you will report to the Resourcing Lead and support the delivery of proactive, cost-effective recruitment across our
Nursing, Operational & Medical Directorates. You'll work closely with hiring managers and colleagues across the People Team to develop tailored attraction strategies, streamline processes, and ensure a seamless candidate journey.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Type: 9-month fixed-term contract (full-time, 37.5 hours per week)
Location: Head Office, NW1 4LJ (close to Regents Park & Baker Street)
Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office per week
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience
