- Run the show — from daily ops to team vibe
- Lead and inspire a passionate front-of-house team
- Create unforgettable guest experiences (VIPs and all)
- Work closely with the kitchen to serve brilliance on every plate
- Own everything from rotas to reservations and events
- Keep standards sky-high and service seamless
