Retail Asset Manager (Outlets)
Location: West End
Level: Mid level, with existing Asset Management experience.
About:
- I am working with a brilliant Property Company in their search for a Retail Asset Manager, with Outlets experience being particularly useful.
- You will join an established and entrepreneurial team, responsible for a host of value enhancement duties across the UK.
- This will include a mixture of cap ex, leasing, repositioning, development leasing and more.
The Profile:
- We are seeking an individual with proven Asset Management experience, likely around the Associate level – looking to step up into the role.
- Retail experience, specifically Outlets, will be very advantageous.
- If you have proven retail asset management experience – in particular Outlets - and are looking for a new hands-on position with a dynamic firm – please reach out for an initial discreet conversation.
