About The Role
Through our continued growth and development, we’re looking to add a Retail Operations Assistant to our busy Head Office Retail Operations team who are responsible for both our UK and USA businesses.
We are looking for a passionate individual who is inquisitive and confident with exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will help assist the Retail Operations Coordinator with daily administrative tasks, answering emails and taking calls from our showrooms.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Retail Operations team with administrative tasks
- Screening phone calls and routing showroom enquires to the appropriate departments
- Assist in the preparation of reports for members of management
- Work alongside HR with retail change forms logging changes
- Help action order reassignments and order transfer
- Assist with showroom queries via phone and email
- Track and monitor footfall
- Prepare for weekly Manager meetings

Desired skills and knowledge:
- Previous experience in administration would be beneficial
- Previous Retail/ Customer service experience preferably
- Ability to use Excel and other MS Office programs
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate about improving and driving performance
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
