About the role

We are looking for a talented, creative, resourceful and open minded Project Manager to join our Valencia office.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong focus on project planning, execution, and delivery across a diverse portfolio that includes:

Retail permanent stores
Interior design and furniture projects
Pop-up stores
Window displays
Events

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity, client expectations, and design intent.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring timelines and costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Oversee the creation, management, and quality control of technical drawings, 3D models, renders, and other project documentation, ensuring compliance with CAD and internal standards.

Maintain organized project records, libraries, and documentation for consistency and future reference.

Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders, proactively addressing any challenges or delays.

Ensure successful on-site project implementation, managing logistics, timelines, and contractor coordination.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities – able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with teams and external partners.
Solid understanding of spatial concepts, construction processes, and design execution.
Proficient in project management tools and drawing packages (CAD, 3D modeling, renderings, moodboards).

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in project management or similar roles.

Languages:

English - C1
Spanish - native

Software:

CAD: AutoCAD or equivalent
3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp, Rhinoceros, V-Ray (a plus)
Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (a plus)
Microsoft Office Suite
