Retail Sales Team (Bristol)

Location: Cabot Circus, Bristol

Contract: Full Time or Temporary | Immediate start until mid-January

Hours: Full-time, Part-time & flexible shifts available (ideally 2–4 days/week)

CACHE is a curated retail space spotlighting independent and emerging brands across fashion, accessories, beauty, lifestyle and gifting. We champion creative labels with purpose — the brands you don't find everywhere else — and create an inspiring shopping experience for customers.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident retail temps to join our team through the Christmas period. Someone who loves people, enjoys selling, keeps a high standard on the shop floor and can bring great energy during our busiest season.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and deliver warm, personal service
• Learn the stories behind our independent brands and sell with confidence
• Help customers find gifts — styling suggestions, product knowledge, upselling where relevant
• Maintain excellent standards on the shop floor (VM, tidiness, replenishment)
• Process sales + support basic store operations
• Support stock management, steaming & presentation
• Help create a positive atmosphere in-store
• Be part of a small, friendly, supportive team

We’re Looking For

• Retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
• Proactive, friendly, confident and happy speaking with customers
• Passion for independent brands & fashion/lifestyle products
• Reliable, punctual and a great team player
• Available to work key December/January dates (weekends included)
