What will you be doing?
When a customer enters your store, they will get that Vodafone feeling – a sense that they’re welcomed, valued, and have a friendly expert by their side who can advise them on our great products and services. Leading and supporting established teams, you will be an exceptional leader of people and have great coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Numbers focused you will be able to drive sales through your people and be able to take a holistic view to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to meet and exceed sales, service, and performance targets
- Deliver expert knowledge of telecom products and services including mobile plans, broadband packages, and smart devices
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, in-store displays, and promotional materials
- Oversee day-to-day operations including stock control, scheduling, and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and regulatory requirements
- Analyse store performance metrics and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Provide hands-on coaching and development to ensure a knowledgeable, confident sales team

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Deep understanding of mobile technology, networks, and sales strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering tailored, solution-driven service
- Commercially aware with the ability to analyse data and drive results
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset
