More About Your Role
The Retirement Living Advisor will have responsibility to proactively lead and take accountability of the performance and development of our new property sales / rental programme at
The Hut, Liddell Park, AB39 8BA.
This role is working
Tuesday to Saturday.
You will provide a first-class customer experience, delivering excellent customer service from the first enquiry right through to completion, acting as a personal advisor to all potential customers by following up leads and maintaining interest.
You will be expected to liaise with the Sales Manager to focus and implement key lead generation strategies to improve community engagement.

More About You
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of working in a sales environment . You will have excellent negotiating skills and be used to dealing with agents, staff, and clients.
You will have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others and will be able to work collaboratively and supportively as part of a team.
You will have strong IT skills and be able to work on several different computer programmes including Microsoft Office, social media and Salesforce or similar CRM.
