Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for an energetic Technical Retrofit Advisor to join our Property Asset Strategy & Sustainability Team.
This role is pivotal to improving energy efficiency in our residents’ homes and reducing carbon emissions in Anchor’s greatest source of emissions (existing homes), improving resident comfort and affordability and mitigating the risks of retrofit.
The role is responsible for working with colleagues across Property & Assets to develop the right retrofit initiatives for our portfolio, archetypes and residents, to help improve energy efficiency our residents' homes and achieve our sustainability strategy targets including EPC C by 2030 and net zero by 2050.
To carry this out, this role is required to develop and maintain a centre of knowledge and expertise on retrofitting within Anchor, and, using data such as energy consumption, carbon emissions and EPC ratings, and will work closely with colleagues in portfolio strategy, health & building safety, compliance and property delivery to develop Anchor’s retrofitting delivery plans, capabilities, skills and supply chains.
The role supports the effective planning, design and delivery of retrofit works through Anchor’s retrofit programme and end-to-end processes for delivering high quality works to site with great outcomes for residents.
