Returns Admin Associate
Location: Eastleigh, Southampton
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 per annum

Purpose of the job
Reporting to the Returns Supervisor and the Returns Admin Team Leader, the Returns Admin Associate will be responsible for supporting reverse logistics operations in GE and subsequently at the new Eastleigh facility. This role is largely focused on the administrative processes involved in the returns operation and the management of RMA orders in the system.
Working in a range of applications, primarily Oracle, the Returns Admin Associate is responsible for processing RMA’s through the system to ensure customers receive their exchange device or credit within the anticipated timeframe. Daily tasks include sorting and receipting service exchange RMA inbound lines and managing outbound product, loading and closing credit returns and processing repair RMA’s. Furthermore, the Returns Admin Associate will also maintain close communication with other areas of the business to address any discrepancies in order to avoid potential delays for the customer.
Key Duties;
·Effective credit, service exchange and repair administration to ensure RMAs are processed in the system quickly and accurately
·Processing and service exchange RMAs and repair RMAs in the system
·Processing and receipting credit RMAs in the system
·Warranty diagnosis and basic repairs – SW updates and cosmetic
·Maintaining regular communication with other departments and offices to ensure RMAs are processed quickly and efficiently
·Investigating and resolving pricing/credit discrepancies
Education & Experience
·Good verbal and written communication skills
·Good IT competencies
·Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
·Good time management
·Ability to prioritize work when under pressure to prevent unnecessary delays to dealers and end users.
·Good analytical skills with an attention to detail
