Revenue Operations Manager to help our revenue teams grow as efficiently and effectively as possible. This is a global role responsible for supporting global GTM initiatives, with a particular focus on regions including EMEA and APJ. As a Sales Ops Manager at Pendo, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies that will help us optimize our revenue processes and drive revenue growth. This role will partner closely with the organization's Sales, Marketing, and Data Analytics leaders. It's ideal for someone excited about working in a dynamic, tech-forward environment, especially someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up, experimenting with new ideas, and thinking proactively about the opportunities emerging in areas like AI.
You’ll tackle some of Pendo's most important and ambiguous business problems—translating them into actionable insights and scalable programs. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership, a builder mindset, and a passion for innovation and technology.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence in EMEA and APJ, focusing on region-specific strategies to enhance sales productivity, reduce costs, and accelerate growth in high-potential international markets.
- Deliver data insights critical to understanding business performance and efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills, serving as a trusted advisor and right hand to regional and global sales leadership.
- Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives and lead them to tangible business results.
- Partner with sales and marketing leaders to define and execute strategic initiatives, including territory design, GTM optimization, and performance measurement frameworks that support global revenue goals.
- Recommend and drive initiatives and tactics to improve productivity and operational leverage across growth channels
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand requirements and drive joint projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Ops, Strategy, Growth, or equivalent analytical role in a tech-forward environment
- Demonstrated ability to break down unstructured problems and drive toward insights and action
- Strong interest in building and iterating on new operational processes from scratch
- Curiosity around new tools and emerging technologies, including AI
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to define issues, questions, and data appropriately
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with or supporting a global team is a plus, especially across diverse regions such as EMEA and APJ
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-growth tech company
- Experience with Looker and Salesforce
- Understanding of a B2B SaaS sales funnel and key operational metrics
This is a hybrid position working 3 days per week from our office in central London.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in London is £51,000 - £64,300 + Bonus + RSU + Benefits. However, we may have flexibility on this for an exceptional candidate.
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
