This new team will design, scale, and future-proof the systems and automation that power Preply’s revenue engine. You’ll blend hands-on system expertise with strategic ownership - building scalable, integrated processes while leading a small, high-performing team to drive efficiency, data accuracy, and innovation across our GTM stack.

This is a hybrid role: part architect and builder, part strategic manager who aligns tools, data, and teams to accelerate growth, transforming RevOps from reactive operations to proactive scalability. This role is based in our Barcelona hub and we will support relocation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Systems Ownership & Architecture

Build and maintain self-serve dashboards (Salesforce, Looker) to visualize funnel metrics, forecasting, churn, and pipeline velocity.

Deliver strategic data insights to senior leadership to inform GTM decisions.

Partner with StratOps to ensure data models support forecasting, compensation, and territory planning.

Tooling Strategy & Vendor Management

Manage the GTM tooling roadmap, budget, and vendor relationships.

Evaluate new technologies and AI integrations that enhance productivity, personalization, and insight generation.

Ensure ROI and strategic alignment of all tools — balancing innovation with practicality.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead and mentor a small team of system specialists or analysts, fostering curiosity, precision, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Champion “system thinking” across GTM — ensuring clarity, consistency, and documentation in how we operate.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Sales/Marketing Ops in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment.
