ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a strategic Revenue Operations Manager to join us at Beamery and lead our RevOps efforts. Reporting to our Senior Director of Operations, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Go-to-Market (GTM) operations across EMEA and North America.
In this role, you’ll design smart, scalable processes, structure our data, and connect the right tools to help our GTM teams move faster and work smarter. You’ll make sure our leadership team has the insights they need, when they need them to make confident, data-driven decisions
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
🚀 System Management (Salesforce)
You'll be the go-to for managing and improving our Salesforce CRM. From process automation and ensuring smooth data flow across GTM systems such as Gong, Clay and Sweep (Strong technical Salesforce experience is a must)
🚀 Bridge between GTM Teams
Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline how we operate, uncover opportunities for automation, and drive smarter ways of working together.
🚀 Ownership of Commercial Reporting
Take ownership of our core commercial reporting; ARR, revenue tracking, forecasts, performance metrics making sure leadership always has the right numbers at the right time.
🚀 Drive Data Hygiene & Governance
Keep our Salesforce data clean and compliant by making sure GTM teams follow best practices. You'll also provide training and support when people need a hand.
🚀 Be a Trusted Voice to Leadership
Partner with senior leaders to surface key insights and make recommendations that drive better decisions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
🚀 Experience RevOps Lead, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS company
🚀 Advanced Salesforce and integration skills, bonus points if you’ve used tools such as Gong, Sweep, or Clay.
🚀 Data Analytics & Reporting, you know your way around Excel, Looker, Tableau (or similar), and can tell a story with the numbers.
🚀 Project management, ability to manage multiple projects at anyone time
🚀 Stakeholder Management confident engaging with, & presenting to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
