The Reward team at DWF are currently on the lookout for a Reward Advisor to join their experienced and supportive team based in Manchester. Within the role you will gain exposure to a wide variety of projects and tasks supporting the Reward Team, Group Legal and all employees with the successful delivery of compensation and benefit solutions and ensuring a high quality of service is provided to all internal clients.
This role has the opportunity to be based in our Manchester office, offering the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis.
Please note this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of annual pay and bonus reviews
- Support the Reward Team with global mobility queries as needed.
- Support with submission of data surveys
- Conduct job evaluations as part of a panel and supply accurate benchmarking data to the business
- Support the delivery of the annual pay and bonus reviews
- Responsible for the engagement platform and its day to day running, interpreting MI from the platform and advising the Reward Director on any actions that are required.
- Manage the reward inbox, respond to queries, and escalate issues when necessary.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Previous experience in reward/ benefits administration in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidentially across all levels of the business.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Demonstrates a high level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Capable of working to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
