The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward & Benefits Administrator to join our team. The Reward & Benefits team consists of a Senior Reward & Benefits Manager, a Senior Reward & Benefits Officer and two Reward & Benefits Officers. The main focus of this role is to support the team with the administration of our benefits schemes and monthly payroll.

The Team

In London, the team comprises of HR professionals across all areas from graduate and lateral recruitment, learning & development to teams specialising in generalist HR, our HR system, Partner HR, corporate social responsibility and diversity; all working alongside our international colleagues in supporting our 32 global offices. From your first to your last day at the firm, we will act as your supportive advisors to ensure that you can perform to the best of your ability in your role. What You'll Do
The successful candidate will work alongside the rest of the Reward & Benefits team and HR.
Benefits
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day administration of the flexible benefits scheme, including supporting with the administration associated with the annual renewal process and benefits on-site open day.
- Ensuring all benefits administration processes are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
- Checking and processing invoices via Onventis including vendor set up where necessary and flagging discrepancies or issues with the Reward & Benefits Officers.
- Coordinating our on-site benefits such as massages and manicures.
- Coordinating monthly pension new joiner presentation and 1:1 meetings to include liaising with pension provider, notifying London news team of sessions for inclusion in newsletter and booking diary appointments for attendees.
- Responding to and confirming relevant benefits for leavers or those on extended leave to HR generalist team.
- Processing of benefit requests for eyecare vouchers, season ticket loans and cycle to work scheme.
- Completing monthly upload of new joiner and leaver data for Help@Hand access.
Payroll
- Assisting with the monthly payroll audit.
- Running length of service reports for eligible long service awards, creating letters and notifying the relevant manager.
- Resetting password and username details.
- Processing monthly and ad hoc payment forms for cashiers for PC loans, GAYE, Earnings Orders etc.
- Generating and sending out P45s to leavers.
Compensation
- Providing overall support to the Reward & Benefits team throughout the annual salary and bonus review process.
General
- Diary management including room bookings for team meetings and events.
- Project work within the scope of the post-holder's abilities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
Knowledge & Skills
- Previous administrative experience within a professional services environment is desirable.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Reward & Benefits and HR.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel.

- An ability to ensure all tasks and sensitive information are handled confidentially.
- Good use of own initiative.
- Determination, discretion and tact as well as a strong sense of personal pride and responsibility for delivering a first-class service.

The role may require some working outside our normal working hours of 9:30am- 5:30pm.
