Risk Analyst

🚀 We’re Hiring – Senior Risk Analyst | Hinkley Point C (Nuclear New Build)

One of our client is looking for an experienced Senior PMO Risk Analyst to support the project’s Risk & Project Controls function. This role acts as a technical expert, ensuring consistent application of risk processes and providing clear, evidence-based insights that support key project decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate risk insights to support strategic decision-making

• Integrate risk management with cost, schedule, and change controls

• Facilitate risk discussions with stakeholders at all levels

• Present complex information in a clear and concise way

• Guide and mentor Analysts and Trainee Analysts

• Ensure effective use of risk management tools and frameworks across major contracts (£10m–£500m)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in risk management or project controls

• Experience in large engineering, construction, or regulated sectors (nuclear desirable)

• Solid understanding of cost, schedule, and change integration

• Ability to communicate risk outputs to senior audiences

• Professional qualifications such as MoR Practitioner or APM Risk Level 2 (desirable)
