Responsibilities:
As a Risk Analyst, you will:
- Support the enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, monitored and reported effectively
- Support the Head of Risk with Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Operational Resilience and regulatory reporting.
- Support the Third-Party Risk Management framework, helping assess and monitor vendor risks.
- Maintain and develop Risk Registers, Risk Assessments, Risk Appetite statements, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Help embed the three lines of defense model and related risk policies and procedures across the business
- Create clear, insightful risk presentations and management information for senior stakeholders
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments, advising on their business impact and required changes
- Support with the GRC platform to ensure accurate and up to date risk data and reporting
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence risk awareness and culture

- Confident in presenting risk concepts clearly and meaningfully to different audiences
- Highly organised, proactive and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience in financial services and/or Risk Management role (e.g. Operational, Third party, Enterprise or Compliance Risk)
- Understanding of risk frameworks and the three lines of defense model
- Experience working with the UK and EU regulatory landscape
Desirable:
- Experience in Third-Party Risk Management
- Background in FX, Payments, or Financial Services
- Exposure to Operational Resilience, Business Continuity or Crisis Management
- Experience using a GRC platform
