Description

I am looking for a hands-on Risk & Validation Manager to join a leading global speciality insurer. This is a highly varied role bridging qualitative and quantitative risk, with direct responsibility for 2 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a small team, ensuring collaboration.
Own validation of SOM and risk metrics, capital modeling, and actuarial risk frameworks.
Deliver on projects and drive initiatives across the organisation.
Build strong internal relationships

Requirements:

Experience in validation, quantitative risk, and actuarial frameworks.
Familiarity with capital modeling.
Strong project management and stakeholder skills.
Team player who goes above and beyond.

The role is open to a variety of backgrounds that meet the above criteria and offers between £100,000 and £110,000
