We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Road Sweeper to join a local housing association based in Bromley. This varied and hands-on role involves estate cleaning, monitoring activity, and driving a company road sweeper across multiple sites throughout South London.
Responsibilities
- Driving and operating a compact road sweeper across various sites.
- Following daily schedules and assigned routes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Carrying out general cleaning duties across estates, including litter picking and manual sweeping as required.
- Recording and monitoring site activity, reporting any issues or irregularities promptly.
- Maintaining and performing basic checks on equipment, reporting any defects or maintenance needs to the relevant team.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Class 2 HGV Licence
- Driver CPC Card (DQC)
- Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
