What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping the electronic rota system up to date with accurate staff schedules and care documentation
• Ensuring colleagues and managers are informed about shift patterns and any changes
• Responding promptly to rota queries, balancing service needs with colleague wellbeing
• Making timely adjustments to cover absences and maintain safe staffing levels
• Monitoring, collating, and processing timesheets for payroll
• Providing professional administration and reception support to the home
• Building positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and visitors
