We Have a Fantastic Opportunity For An Enthusiastic And Adaptable Qualified Occupational Therapist To Join Our Varied Rotation That Covers The Following Settings
Discharge to Assess
Intermediate Care in- patient beds - Ascot House
Equipment and Adaptations - OT assessment team, Partington health centre
Community Rehabilitation
Community based Neuro /Stroke rehabilitation
In patient setting - Trafford General Hospital (orthopaedic and general medical)
Rapid MDT pathway 3 team
Rotations are for six months.
Support and encouragement to develop is provided via a band 5 support group, regular supervision, in service training and monthly Occupational Therapy meetings.
The post holder will provide occupational therapy to a community caseload of patients, in a variety of settings within the trafford footprint.
