We’re looking for a senior sales leader to take forward a high-performing MuleSoft team within our UK Government & Public Sector (GPS) business. This team is entering a new chapter following a leadership transition and needs a confident, collaborative leader to guide, support and accelerate its continued success.

This is an opportunity to shape a next-generation integration and automation strategy in public services, building on a strong existing culture and foundation.

The subject of API led integration and the broader Salesforce Data play is a necessarily technical pitch, and we are looking for a technical leader who can inspire confidence in customers and partners about the nature of our proposition.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Leadership

Design and execute a GTM strategy aligned with the core GPS propositions and Salesforce ecosystem capabilities.

Revenue Delivery & Forecasting

Lead the team to achieve $4M+ in MuleSoft revenue annually with consistent forecast accuracy and pipeline health.

Team Development

Recruit, develop, and retain a high-impact team, fostering a culture of performance, growth, and inclusion.

Pipeline Strategy & Execution

Develop a pipeline generation strategy focused on high-growth, transformation-led accounts, ensuring full territory coverage and achievement of Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Align with internal Salesforce RVPs, account teams, marketing, and partner ecosystems to drive coordinated growth in priority areas.

What We’re Looking For

Sales & Leadership Expertise

Demonstrated success leading enterprise software sales teams within a matrixed organisation.

Proven ability to drive revenue through accurate forecasting and disciplined sales execution.

Skilled at motivating teams, giving feedback, and navigating complex or sensitive conversations constructively.

Public Sector & GTM Experience

Deep understanding of the public sector environment and the buying dynamics of government departments or agencies.

Experience building differentiated Go-To-Market propositions tailored to industry or mission needs.

Relationship Management

Adept at engaging C-level stakeholders and acting as an executive sponsor.

Confident working with and through partners to expand reach and value to customers.
