SaaS Analyst - German Speaker

We are looking for a motivated Analyst with strong German and English language skills to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about technology, data, and software-as-a-service (SaaS). You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing analytical insights, supporting product decisions, and helping drive customer success across the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business and product teams by analyzing SaaS performance metrics (e.g., ARR, churn, retention, usage).
• Conduct market and customer data analysis for the DACH region to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of SaaS tools (CRM, BI platforms, analytics software).
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support growth strategies.
• Translate data-driven insights into recommendations for improving product adoption and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1+) and English (fluent).
• Interest in SaaS business models, metrics, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

• Internship or academic project experience related to SaaS, business analysis, or data.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
• Previous exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or SaaS platforms.
