We are looking for a Director of SHE Operations to provide strategic leadership and governance across the Safety, Health & Environmental operations at SGN. Reporting to the Chief Safety Officer, you will be critical to driving forward safety standards, high performance and pushing a Zero Harm ethos in operations across

SGN.
You will be leading across the SHE Transmission, SHE Distribution Environment and Property areas to ensure alignment, assurance and continual improvement. As a key bridge between operational SHE delivery and strategic safety leadership, your focus will be on ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence and a prioritised culture of safety and

care.

  At least 15 years experience in Health and Safety, with significant senior leadership experience in highly regulated and high-risk i
• ndustriesA NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered membership of IOSH
